Shipping & Fulfillment
Where do you ship?
We ship both domestically and internationally. We partner with a variety of carriers to offer competitive rates for both LTL freight and small parcel shipments.
What are your typical shipping timelines?
Standard orders ship within 10–15 business days after production begins. During peak season (August–December), lead times may extend to 20 business days. Custom orders may vary based on scope and complexity.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes, we offer drop shipping services directly to your customers or distribution centers.
What is kitting and fulfillment?
Kitting is the process of assembling multiple items into a single package. We offer full kitting and fulfillment solutions, whether you supply the items or we source and curate them for you.
Can I customize the contents of a kit?
Absolutely. Choose your own products or let our team curate a selection aligned with your brand and goals.
Do you offer storage for inventory?
Yes. We offer secure short- and long-term storage solutions for inventory before and after fulfillment.
Design & Customization

How does the design process work?
You’ll work with a dedicated account executive to define your vision, timeline, and budget. Our design team collaborates with you on mockups, proofs, and prototypes to ensure your project is executed to perfection.
What kind of artwork do you need?
We require vector files (.ai, .svg, .eps, .dxf) or high-resolution images.
How many mockup revisions are included?
One revision is included. Additional revisions can be requested for an added fee.
Do I get a proof before production?
Yes. Every custom order includes a digital proof for your approval before we begin production.
Can I request a sample or prototype?
Yes! Pre-production samples are available. Costs vary depending on the project.
Do you support variable data personalization?
Yes. You can personalize each unit with unique names, numbers, or messages.

What sustainable practices do you follow?
Every product we sell supports our mission to preserve and restore the planet. Through our Buy One. Plant One.® program, we plant a tree for every product sold. We also prioritize local manufacturing and source materials responsibly.
How does the Buy One. Plant One. program work?
We’ve partnered with various companies to plant trees worldwide. Each product includes a card that allows recipients to locate their tree and learn about its environmental impact.
Can I customize the tree code cards?

Production & Lead Times
What are your lead times for custom orders?
Custom orders typically take 4–6 weeks after proof approval. During peak season (August–December), lead times extend to 6–8 weeks.
What about standard product lead times?
Standard products ship within 10–15 business days after proof approval, or 20 business days during peak season.
Can you expedite my order?
Yes. Expedited production is available for an additional fee. Contact your account executive to discuss rush options.
Ordering & Policies
What are your minimums?
- Standard products: $500 minimum order value
- Custom products: $750 minimum order value
- Minimum quantity depends on unit cost and production setup.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Because our products are made-to-order and personalized, we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed defective upon arrival.
Do you have a physical showroom?
Yes. Visit our showroom in Saint Paul, Minnesota to see samples and discuss your project in person. Schedule a visit with your account executive.
